LN Choir Cat Clips for Week of September 8th

LN Choir Members, Crew Cats, and Families,

Last Saturday, our show choirs had an amazing day hosting over 60 K-8th grade students at our annual show choir clinic. Thank-you so much to all of you who volunteered your time to help us make this a successful fundraising event! However, the ball never stops rolling in the LN Choral Program; please read through the five choir cat clips for this week below and, as always, we encourage you to check out our website for regular updates. 

Clip #1 – School Fundr Campaign Updates (I will update this info before sending it out on Sunday)

  • We are halfway through the campaign, but not quite halfway to our goal 
  • We have 88/150 members signed up (less than 60%) – this requires an average of $230 donations per student to reach $20,000 goal); if we had everyone participate, the average donation needed for each student would be $135)
  • After 2 weeks of this campaign (halfway through), Legacy is still the choir that has brought in the most donations and highest average donations (32/48 students sign up, but only 25% with 20 emails and 53% with at least 1 donation)
  • After Week #2, Ellie and Amelia continue to lead the pack by a lot with a combined total of 21 donations and together they have raised over $1,500 (the two of them have earned 20% of the total profit)
    • If everyone participated, we would have NO issues reachi9ng our $20,000 goal
  • After Week #1, the total raised = $7,380 (37% of our goal, but we are 50% way through the campaign – there is still time to catch up!!)
  • We have 18 days left to raise the additional $12,620

Clip #2 – LN Choir Fees Payment #1 Due THIS THURSDAY, 9/11

  • Please use the following chart to make the September payment for your student.
  • Payments can be made through the following methods:
    • Cash- in an envelope labelled with your student’s name
    • Check- made out to LN Choir Boosters & specifying your student’s name in the memo
    • JackRabbit
    • Cashapp: $LNChoirBoosters- specifying your student’s name in the memo

  • Thursday, September 11th 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Bella Bravada Rehearsal with J
  • Friday, September 12th 7:50 – 8:20 a.m. LNSC Conditioning Session with J
  • Friday, September 12th 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Voices Rehearsal with G
  • Saturday, September 13th – LNSC Choreo Saturday #2 (Legacy at 8:30 a.m. and Bella Bravada at noon)
