LN Choir Cat Clips for Winterfest Week

LN Choir Members, Crew Cats, and Families,

We have arrived at show week for Winterfest 2025! There is a lot going on this week so please rad the information below carefully so you are ready for each of the required rehearsals this week and we are able to have two amazing performances Friday and Saturday! As always, we encourage you to check out our LNCB website for updated information.

Clip #1 – Winterfest Rehearsal Schedule for this Week

Monday, December 8th 4:00 – 700 p.m. ACT OBNE Tech Rehearsal (required for ALL LN Choir and Crew Cats Members)
Tuesday, December 9th 3:50 – 4:15 p.m. LNSC Conditioning Session
Wednesday, December 10th 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Dress Rehearsal #1
- 4:00 – 5:15 p.m. Band and Orchestra run ACT II while choir members get in costumes and preset props
- 5:15 p.m. Run Believe with Symphony Orchestra
- 5:30 p.m. Dinner (make sure you bring your own dinner unless you paid for the provided dinner)
- 6:00 p.m. Run ACT I with tech and costume changes
- 7:30 p.m. Notes and run messy spots
- 8:00 p.m. Dismissed
Thursday, December 10th 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Dress Rehearsal #2
- 3:50 p.m. Get into costumes and preset props for ACT I
- 4:30 P.M. Run ACT I
- 5:45 p.m. Eat Dinner (make sure you bring your own dinner unless you paid for the provided dinner)
- 7:30 p.m. Run Believe
- 8:00 p.m. Dismissed
Friday, December 11th 7:00 p.m. Opening Night
- Call time 5:15 p.m.
- Warm-up and Green Room 6:30 p.m.
- 6:50 p.m. Move to auditorium for Places
- 7:00 p.m. Downbeat of “Hot Chocolate”
Saturday, December 12th 7:00 p.m. Closing
- Call time 5:15 p.m.
- Warm-up and Green Room 6:30 p.m.
- 6:50 p.m. Move to auditorium for Places

Clip #4 – Final Exam Schedule for next week

Monday, December 15th
- Morning session = Tech Theatre and Crew Cats complete phase 4 of LNSC equipment management, move all equipment to auditorium to complete phase 2 (any help from LNSC members with a free period R5 is welcome!!)
- Afternoon session = Chamber Choir Winterfest reflection; sight reading final due; vocal assessment; help finish setting up stage for LN Show Choir season
Tuesday, December 16th
- Morning session = Treble Choir Final in Choir Room; AP Music Theory Final in Piano Lab
- Afternoon Session = Gospel Choir
Wednesday, December 17th
- Afternoon Session = Bella Bravada: Randomized Choreo Assessment for “A Toy’s Story 2026” and Joe blocks the ballad
Thursday, December 18th
- Morning Session = Hi-Five Choir
- Afternoon session = Legacy Final: Randomized Choreo Assessment for “Night at the Museum 2026” and Joe blocks the ballad
