LN Choir Cat Clips – Finals Edition

LN Choir Member, Crew Cats, and Families, 

Congratulations on Friday’s Winterfest performance. We could not be prouder of how well you performed and represented the LN Choir Program! We wish we could have had the chance to see and hear you shine again last night. I know there is so much justified disappointment in the weather causing the second show to be cancelled. We wish there was a way that we could make this right for you all! We hope that all of us can move forward in excitement for the amazing semester of performances ahead of us still this season! Before heading to winter break, we have several logistical items to wrap up. Please read through the Finals Week Edition of the LN Choir Cat Clips below and, as always check out our website for updated info pertaining to the LN Choir Program. 

Clip #1 – Finals Schedule

  • Monday, December 15th
    • Morning session = Tech Theatre and Crew Cats complete phase 4 of LNSC equipment management, move all equipment to auditorium to complete phase 2 (any help from LNSC members with a free period R5 is welcome!!)
    • Afternoon session = Chamber Choir Winterfest reflection; sight reading final due; vocal assessment; help finish setting up stage for LN Show Choir season
    • After Chamber Choir Final is done, Voices will have the promised Chick Filet Party
  • Tuesday, December 16th
    • Morning session = Treble Choir Final in Choir Room; AP Music Theory Final in Piano Lab
    • Afternoon Session = Gospel Choir
  • Wednesday, December 17th
    • Afternoon Session = Bella Bravada: randomized choreo assessment for “A Toy’s Story 2026” and Joe blocks the ballad
  • Thursday, December 18th
    • Morning Session = Hi-Five Choir
    • Afternoon session  = Legacy Final: randomized choreo assessment for “Night at the Museum 2026” and Joe blocks the ballad

Clip #2 – Musical Auditions Start Tomorrow

Clip #3 – LNSC Set Construction and Painting Work Days Over Break

We will have two work days over break to get the LNSC 2026 sets completed and the tech design elements started. If you are available to work either or both days, please sign up for one of the tasks that are needed at this link. 

  • LNSC Work Day #1 – Saturday, December 27th 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • LNSC Work Day #2 – Tuesday, December 30th 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
