LN Choir Cat Clips for Week of October 13th

LN Choir Members, Crew Cats, and Families,

We had a busy, but very productive weekend for our LN Show Choirs. We made some great progress on set construction tasks and both show choirs learned a large chunk of the choreography for their transition/costume change numbers. We have arrived at our final week before Fall break and we have several items that we need to address before taking a well-earned break. Please read through this week’s LN Choir Cat Clips below and, as always, we encourage you to check out our website for updated information pertaining to the LN Choir Program.

Clip #1 – LNCB Board Meeting tomorrow (10/13 at 6:00 p.m.)

  • If any parents want a specific item discussed at the board meeting, please reach out to one of the Board members prior to tomorrow evening’s board meeting and let them know so we can add those to the agenda

Clip #2 – LN Talent Show Hosted by LNCB

Clip #3 – LNCB Fundraiser Updates

  • Poinsettia Sales – Order forms getting finalized tomorrow and will be kicking off at the end of this week
    • We are asking ALL LN Choir and Crew Cats members to participate in this fundraiser
  • End of October- Coupon Cards (reusable & one-time use coupons to your favorite places!) – we will be asking our LNSC Members to sell 10 of these discount cards, which will earn them $50 towards their choir fees. We are asking LN Crew Cats to sell 5 of these discount cards.
  • December – Double Good Popcorn (details for this fundraiser will be given to student and parents after spring break)

Clip #4 – Optional LNSC/Crew Cats workdays over Fall Break

  • If you are going to be in town over fall break and are willing to come in to help finish some set construction and painting tasks, we would be so appreciative!
  • J will be at school working on crew stuff the following days over fall break:
    • Monday, October 20th 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday, October 22nd 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • Monday, October 13th 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Voices Rehearsal with G
  • Tuesday, October 14th 3:50 – 4:20 p.m. LNSC Conditioning Session
  • Wednesday, October 15th 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Legacy Rehearsal with G
  • Thursday, October 16th 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Bella Bravada Rehearsal with J
  • Friday, October 17th 7:50 – 8:20 a.m. LNSC Fitness Friday
    • NO VOICES REHEARSAL FRIDAY DUE TO FALL BREAK
